HOW MANY HOURS OF COVERAGE DO WE NEED FOR AN EVENT?
Most events book 2–4 hours of photography coverage, depending on the size of the event and how many parts of the celebration you’d like documented. Many clients choose coverage for guest arrivals, key moments such as speeches or presentations, candid interactions, and group photos.
If you’re unsure how much time you need, we’re happy to help recommend the right amount of coverage based on your event schedule.
WHAT TYPES OF EVENTS DO YOU PHOTOGRAPH?
We photograph a variety of events including corporate gatherings, milestone birthdays, anniversary celebrations, engagement parties, rehearsal dinners, and private events. Our approach focuses on capturing natural interactions, candid moments, and the atmosphere of your event, along with any important moments you’d like documented.
HOW MANY PHOTOS WILL WE RECEIVE?
The number of images depends on the length and pace of the event, but most clients receive approximately 50–75 edited images per hour of coverage. We carefully curate and edit the best images so you receive a beautiful collection that tells the story of your event.
WHEN WILL WE RECEIVE OUR PHOTOS?
Your final gallery is typically delivered within 4 weeks. You’ll receive a private online gallery where you can easily download high-resolution images, share the gallery with guests, and order prints if desired.
DO YOU PROVIDE EDITED PHOTOS?
Yes. Every image you receive is professionally edited for color, exposure, and overall consistency with our style. If you need additional retouching or custom edits, those can be provided for an additional fee.
CAN YOU TAKE GROUP PHOTOS DURING THE EVENT?
Absolutely. If there are specific group photos or VIP guests you’d like documented, we recommend sharing that list with us ahead of time so we can make sure those moments are captured. We’ll also focus on capturing candid moments and the overall atmosphere of the event throughout the coverage.
