Most elopements and intimate weddings need between 1–6 hours of coverage, depending on how many parts of the day you'd like documented. Many couples choose enough time to capture getting ready, the ceremony, portraits afterward, and a little time celebrating together. If you're unsure, we're always happy to help you build a timeline so you can choose the coverage that fits your day best.

RAW images are unfinished digital files that require professional editing to achieve the final look and feel you see in our portfolio. We carefully hand-edit every image for color, light, and overall polish before delivering them in your gallery. Because RAW files are essentially the digital negative, we do not provide them.

Instead, you’ll receive a beautifully curated collection of high-resolution, professionally edited images that are ready to download, print, and share.

If you’d like additional retouching — such as removing distractions, detailed skin retouching, or other custom edits — we’re happy to offer advanced Photoshop services for an additional fee. Just let us know what you have in mind!

Beach weather in Florida can change quickly, but the good news is that showers often pass just as fast as they arrive. If rain is in the forecast, we’ll stay in communication with you and adjust timing if needed. Many couples simply shift the ceremony a little earlier or later to work around passing showers.

If conditions truly aren’t safe or workable, we’ll help you reschedule your session or coverage based on availability. After photographing hundreds of beach sessions on Anna Maria Island and the Sarasota area beaches, we’ve learned that flexibility with timing usually solves most weather challenges.

For the most beautiful light, we usually recommend scheduling your ceremony about 60 minutes before sunset. This allows enough time for your ceremony to finish while the sun is still above the horizon, followed by portraits during the soft golden light right before sunset.

Absolutely! Many couples choose to include a few close family members or friends in their elopement or intimate beach ceremony. We typically begin with your ceremony and a few portraits of the two of you, then we can capture group photos with family and friends before finishing with additional couple portraits along the beach.

Most beaches do require permits for ceremonies depending on the location and setup. Many couples work with a local planner or officiant who handles permits and setup details.
