Family Photography at The Longboat Key Club

Family photography at The Longboat Key Club is one of our favorite session types. We met the Grambling family where they were staying at The Longboat Key Club. It’s a beautiful location for beach portraits, with lush greenery, palm trees, sea grass, and a long stretch of private beach. Since Longboat Key has relatively few public beach access points, we often recommend photographing families at their resort or vacation rental. We instantly fell in love with their twin girls—how cute are they in those orange floral dresses?! At the end of the session, we let the girls choose their own pose, and they absolutely nailed it. We captured the most beautiful sunset portraits just before the wind picked up and storm clouds rolled in. The timing couldn’t have been more perfect! Check out a few of our favorite images below.
